• set TCP/IP socket timeout value to 15 minutes
• set the Outgoing (SMTP) mail Relay Host to carroll.com
• set the Incoming (POP3) mail Host to carroll.com
• set Username to your Carroll-Net username
• set the Password to your Carroll-Net login password

This is VERY important

• select the check box Delete retrieved mail on Host
• click OK.
