This page was designed to help our customers find a modem initialization string that's right for their modem. In most cases a generic modem initialization string is all that is needed to control many of the features of your modem, but in some cases a more specific string is needed, sometimes you may need to try several modem strings before finding the right one. All modem manufacturers have the option of creating a string that is preferred for their product and we, at Carroll-Net, have put these strings together here for you.
