During the Consulting phase, we work closely with our client to identify and prioritize specific areas where technologies can provide the highest return on investment. The results of this process will provide the information needed for a decision on where to focus precious resources in the launch of the client's e-commerce solution. Performing this phase also provides us with the insight into a client's specific business objectives and processes, ultimately helping us to design and build the appropriate solution. 

In this phase, our staff conducts interviews and performs data gathering. We seek to identify key business processes that will interact with the web applications, and ensure protocols and procedures are in place to handle these interactions. At the end of this phase, we will summarize the data gathering results. 

These results will illustrate the current IT and fulfillment structure, as well as its strengths and weaknesses. Also, we will offer specific recommendations for web-based applications ranked by immediate ROI and importance to client's project needs. This information gathered will identify the principal opportunities for site redesign, review the costs and benefits of each opportunity, and assist in recommending a particular solution.
