During the Analysis phase, we will work closely with our client to develop a detailed definition of the requirements for the site redesign and e-commerce engine. Our goal is to develop alternatives for the solutions content, functionality and technology infrastructure, and then work with you to select those alternatives that best meet your objectives. This process will provide us with the guidelines necessary to prepare a detailed solution design. 

Working Document - CBWS will produce a Working Document. It will be based on information and research developed during the Consulting phase. The Working Document will present the schedule and information that serves as the basis for analysis of the project. It will cover our recommendations for commerce software. 

Review Sessions - CBWS will conduct Review Sessions where client and CBWS will work out the requirements of the proposed system feature set. This approach is designed to directly involve business system users in the design of their information systems. This approach significantly increases the value of the system by ensuring that the product meets the needs and objectives of the users and the enterprise. 

Requirements Definition Document - CBWS will produce a functional Requirements Document as a result of the Consulting and Review Sessions. This document will identify the five top priority items, cover the following issues and present client with a course of action to be taken for the further development of this project.

Top Level Technical Approach 

This document will translate the pilot strategy into a list of specific solution requirements. It will also summarize our collaborative fact-finding and analytical processes, review alternatives and recommend a set of defined requirements that most closely match with client's needs. Following your review of this document, CBWS will work with you to select one or more Internet technology solutions for implementation.
