- click Tools
- select Services
- click Add
- select Internet Mail
- click OK
The general configuration window will open
- Full Name: Your publicly visible name....what ever you want
- E-mail Address: (your login name)@carroll.com
- Internet Mail server: carroll.com
- Account name: (your login name)
- Password: (your password)
- click OK
