CBWS Answers the Call A state-of-the art system that automates the entire job posting and approval process, from the recruiter through authorization, and ultimately to the Web. DFG engaged Carroll-Net to develop a comprehensive web site giving DFG complete control over the job posting process and visitors real-time access to available jobs. Carroll-Net developed a cutting-edge system that gives DFG full control over what jobs are posted to the site and for how long. Carroll-Net created a structure that allows authorized personnel to login and post jobs from a web based form. The form automatically updates information in the jobs database for authorization and inclusion into the web site.  Filled jobs can be removed from the public web site with a single mouse click from an authorized staff member. The system delivers up-to-date job information to visitors of the website. If a visitor zeros in on a particular job, they have the capability of clicking on that job and sending a form with their information to the appropriate DFG recruiter responsible for that position. The applicant can either cut-and-paste their resume or use a feature that attaches the resume to the form.
